That’s cool, guys! Really!
I mean I just got back from, uh, almost dying! SO IT’S REALLY OKAY.
ESPECIALLY SINCE NEITHER LEON NOR OZZY ARE HERE.
IT’S COOL.

He buried his face in Ozzy’s fluffy collar. “Hehe… I forgot how much I liked hugging you.”
“And I forgotten how much you liked my collar.” he patted the back of his head.
He felt more at ease when he wasn’t worrying his ass off for AJ’s well-being.
“U-umm, so—” AJ cut off abruptly, suddenly very confused. “…Wait, Ozzy, how’d you not know about the whole thing with me at Kagoshima? You’re the one who sent me to the hospital.”
AJ puffed his cheeks.
“You sound like you’re my mom or something! I’m totally capable of taking care of myself… It’s just this time I kind of messed up.”
“Says the officer who is a total klutz most of the time.” Ozzy teased before kissing the top of his head.
He buried his face in Ozzy’s fluffy collar. “Hehe… I forgot how much I liked hugging you.”
Ozzy didn’t now how to answer that. The oshawott didn’t know himself. He went away from Kyushu for the past couple a weeks to clear his mind from a few stray thoughts.
“Visited some relatives. Gettin’ away from everything. I just stormed off, y’know.” he chuckled, “I guess it was a bad time to get away, though. Look what happened while I was gone…”
AJ puffed his cheeks.
“You sound like you’re my mom or something! I’m totally capable of taking care of myself… It’s just this time I kind of messed up.”

“Ozzy….” AJ whined softly. “You look like Leon.”
Ozzy blinked. Slightly confused by the magikarp’s statement.
“Well, I… he kind of rubs off on you.”
He grinned. “I know. But you really did sound like him. By the way, Ozzy,” AJ looked at the oshawott curiously, “where did you go these past couple weeks?”
“Well… that’s what I’m doing right now. And it’s not like I haven’t gotten hurt like this before! This is nothing!” he smiled triumphantly.
Ozzy wondered the other times where AJ had gotten badly injured. He shook his head away from the thoughts. His frown growing deeper and his look more stern.
“Ozzy….” AJ whined softly. “You look like Leon.”
“Don’t tell me you wouldn’t have done the same thing,” AJ said quietly. “But I know you’re right. Um… can I make it up to you?” he smiled innocently at Ozzy.
“I’d analyze the situation first before running into trouble.” he mumbled.
He pulled away from AJ and frowned at him. Nope, that smile wasn’t going to melt his heart just yet.
“Just try to get better. That’s all I want from you, alright?”
“Well… that’s what I’m doing right now. And it’s not like I haven’t gotten hurt like this before! This is nothing!” he smiled triumphantly.
